1. Introduction

Welcome to our VillageSe, a D2C company under Peepal Leaf Enterprise Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website www.villagese.in, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

  • There is no age eligibility or parental consent needed to use our website. 
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We are entitled to cancel any order without any pre-consent from the customer. If the Order is prepaid, then the amount is paid back in the original mode of payment used while ordering the products within 7 working days. 
  • Prices are listed in Indian rupees and may change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Wallets etc.,
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received for prepaid orders.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full details of the address and contact information is received for COD orders.

4. Product Information & Allergies

  • Our homemade food products are prepared in a home kitchen like setup, and while we maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • Customers with food allergies should review ingredient details before placing an order.
  • We do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions caused by our products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Local/Nationwide delivery. Shipping fees and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2 to 8 Days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, address related issues, availability of the customer during delivery.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of homemade food, we do not accept returns.
  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us at support@villagese.in or call our customer care number within 24 hours from the delivery time with supporting images.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified before order is shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed/shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including images, text, logos, and recipes, is owned by VillageSe and Peepal Leaf Enterprise Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We do our best to ensure food quality and hygiene, but we are not responsible for any adverse reactions, damages, or health issues arising from consuming our products.
  • We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell customer data.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore Districts.
