At VillageSe, a D2C brand under Peepal Leaf Enterprise Pvt Ltd, we take pride in delivering homemade, natural, and perishable products such as Wood-Pressed Oils, Pickles, Honey, and other handcrafted essentials. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

✅ Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Products – If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will provide a refund or replacement.
✅ Non-Delivery of Order – If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an issue on our end.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases:

❌ Change of Mind – We do not accept returns if you no longer want the product after purchase.
❌ Incorrect Address Provided – Refunds will not be issued if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
❌ Delivery Delays from Customer End – If the customer is unavailable to receive the order, causing delays, refunds will not be applicable.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

📌 Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
📸 Proof: Share clear images of the damaged/spoiled product via email.
📝 Review Process: Our team will review and process your request within 7 working days.

3. Refund & Replacement Processing

✔ Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking). Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days.
✔ Replacements will be delivered within 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability. You will receive a tracking link once the replacement is dispatched.
